video link:https://vimeo.com/user11738884
Part 2:(250 words)
Theoharis focuses on a particular day in 2013 as embodying the issues surrounding the politicization of the memory of the civil rights movement. As a statue of Rosa Parks was being dedicated in the Capitol, the Supreme Court heard arguments in the case that would ultimately result in the overturning of major parts of the 1965 Voting Rights Act, with the reasoning that racism was a thing of the past. Theoharis argues that this intersection was not merely ironic but emblematic of a larger politics of historical memory at work for a nation that wanted to place this history firmly in the past and diminish the vision of its heroes now put on pedestals.
This course has explore how these distortions are created, and the impact that they have on the way we understand the civil rights movement. Perhaps most significantly for your generation, as Theoharis argues the mythologies get in the way of seeing the continuities between these struggles, the shoulders current movements stand on, and the ways people can learn from past struggles to approach the problems we face as a nation today
Please answer following questions on your own words with 250 words
What continuities do you see between the civil rights movement and protest movements today like Black Lives Matter, the Dreamers, the Anti-DAPL pipeline protest, Extinction Rebellion, Me Too etc? How could we learn from the struggles of the actual civil rights movement ways to approach the major issues we face today such as continued school and residential segregation, mass incarceration, immigration, sexual harassment, to name a few?

Part 3 :Eyes on the prize Metareflection Essay (750 words)
Please watching some :Eyes on the prize episodes ,then you will think and reflect on the entirety of the series and the narrative of the Civil Rights movement that it presents. As we learned from Jacqueline Dowd Hall, the way that the civil rights movement is presented and learned about has broad implications not just for history, but also for politics, and particularly for race relations in our country.
In a 3 – 4 page essay (double spaced), make a proposal for a new documentary on the “long civil rights movement.” Include an introduction to the series, what you hope to accomplish, and a breakdown of 4 or more episodes and what they would cover. What part of the approach of Eyes on the Prize would you want to keep? What new aspects or perspectives would you add to your series?
(You can assume a good budget and access to experts you want to interview. Bear in mind that at this stage of history, many of the participants in the movement are elderly or have passed away, so conducting new interviews may not be possible.)

Gastrointestinal Tract: Disorders of Motility
I dont understand this Nursing question and need help to study.
Jamie is a 3-month-old female who presents with her mother for evaluation of throwing up. Mom reports that Jamie has been throwing up pretty much all the time since she was born. Jamie does not seem to be sick. In fact, she drinks her formula vigorously and often acts hungry. Jamie has normal soft brown bowel movements every day and, overall, seems like a happy and contented baby. She smiles readily and does not cry often. Other than the fact that she often throws up after drinking a bottle, she seems to be a very healthy, happy infant. A more precise history suggests that Jamie does not exactly throw upshe does not heave or act unwellbut rather it just seems that almost every time she drinks a bottle she regurgitates a milky substance. Mom thought that she might be allergic to her formula and switched her to a hypoallergenic formula. It didnt appear to help at all, and now Mom is very concerned.
Cases like these are not uncommon. The mother was concerned and thinking her daughter may have an allergy; she changed to a different formula. However, sometimes babies have immature GI tracts that can lead to physiology reflux as they adapt to normal life outside the uterus. Parents often do not consider this possibility, prompting them to change formulas rather than seeking medical care. As in the case study above, GI alterations can often be difficult to identify because many cause similar symptoms. This same issue also arises with adultsadults may present with symptoms that have various potential causes. When evaluating patients, it is important for the advanced practice nurse to know the types of questions he or she needs to ask to obtain the appropriate information for diagnosis. For this reason, you must have an understanding of common GI disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease (PUD), and gastritis.
To Prepare
- Review this weeks media presentation on the gastrointestinal system.
- Review Chapter 35 in the Huether and McCance text. Identify the normal pathophysiology of gastric acid stimulation and production.
- Review Chapter 37 in the Huether and McCance text. Consider the pathophysiology of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease (PUD), and gastritis. Think about how these disorders are similar and different.
- Select a patient factor different from the one you selected in this weeks Discussion: genetics, gender, ethnicity, age, or behavior. Consider how the factor you selected might impact the pathophysiology of GERD, PUD, and gastritis. Reflect on how you would diagnose and prescribe treatment of these disorders for a patient based on this factor.
- Review the Mind MapsDementia, Endocarditis, and Gastro-oesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) media in the Week 2 Learning Resources. Use the examples in the media as a guide to construct a mind map for gastritis. Consider the epidemiology and clinical presentation of gastritis.
To Complete
Write a 2- to 3-page paper that addresses the following:
- Describe the normal pathophysiology of gastric acid stimulation and production. Explain the changes that occur to gastric acid stimulation and production with GERD, PUD, and gastritis disorders.
- Explain how the factor you selected might impact the pathophysiology of GERD, PUD, and gastritis. Describe how you would diagnose and prescribe treatment of these disorders for a patient based on the factor you selected.
- Construct a mind map for gastritis. Include the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and clinical presentation, as well as the diagnosis and treatment you explained in your paper.

A Fish Story
Im studying for my Philosophy class and dont understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?
We’re going to spend some time thinking about what it means to craft a literary argument and evaluate fiction (otherwise called ‘literary analysis), which will help you practice the skills you’ll make use of in this week’s essay assignment. Let’s turn our attention a lovely little story by writer Rick Bass called “Fish Story.”
Here’s the link to the story:
http://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2009/08/fish-story/307539/
First, read Bass’s story. Then, read it again. Then, read it again. Why? Because when it comes to making a strong literary argument or writing literary criticism you have to be familiar with your subject first before you can write about it. If you haven’t done so already, read through pages 13 – 17 of your textbook to remind you of ‘active’ reading strategies.
Next, I want you to write 1-2 paragraphs, approximately 300 words about ONE fiction element in Bass’s story. In order to understand what I mean by ‘fiction element’, you’ll want to review the following pages in your textbook (much of this should be familiar to you after last week):
PLOT, CHARACTER, SETTING, POV, STYLE & TONE, SYMBOL and THEME (*theme is particularly important because all the elements of fiction in a story work together to deduce what the ‘theme(s)’ of a story is/are).
So, choose one of the elements above and in 1-2 paragraphs discuss why you think it’s a particularly effective aspect of the story. Begin your paragraph with a thesis. For example, “The narrator’s retrospective perspective in Bass’s story is really compelling because X, Y, Z.” Or, “I think the setting in Bass’s story is critical to the story’s development and plot.”
You can take WHATEVER position you want and discuss WHATEVER (fiction element) you want, but you MUST support your ideas by including no fewer than 2-3 details/passages/quotes from the story. This is VERY important. When you support your ideas be sure to put the page number in parenthesis.
Module 2 Final Project Part I Milestone One: SWOT Analysis and Discussion
I need support with this Marketing question so I can learn better.
Complete the assignment as follows:
Using the Milestone One SWOT Template provided, conduct a SWOT for the pet supply stores new product. Consider how this information can help to develop the marketing strategy. In your post, discuss which of the products strengths you will be leveraging in your marketing activities. In addition to your SWOT matrix image, include one to two paragraphs describing how the company could use this information to develop marketing strategies and activities. Use specific details and examples.
In your response posts to your classmates, discuss how the companys threats or weaknesses could affect your classmates proposed marketing activities.
For more information, view the following documents:
Then will need AT LEAST 2 RESPONSES on classmates posts. They will be posted when tutor is selected.
This is what I turned in for this project last week.
The name of a product can be a primary factor in the decision of the consumer to buy the product. For that reason, the name of this product will be fanciful enough to emphasize the specific ingredients of the product. The name of the product is Organic Mini dog treats. The first word on the name of the product indicates that the product consists of organic ingredients. The three words therefore show that this products design does not have artificial chemicals. The specification that the product is a dog treat provides more emphasis on the type of product being produced by the company. This name is therefore derived from the nature of ingredients that are in the treats. The mini in the name further describes the type of treats being sold by the company in terms of the size. This product is specially formulated with low fat and also includes vitamins to keep the pet in good health. The name of the product is longer because it is aimed at providing a brief description of the product. It is also simple and understandable because it is the first thing that the customer interacts with.
The name of this product is essential when it comes to the appeal of the customer. The choice of a name is so important because it provides a carryover effect, primarily when the customers can associate with different quality products (Armstrong et al., 2014). It is also essential because it helps customers to associate with the same family brand. It is also important because it sums up what a product is all about. The name dictates the first impression that the customers will have on the product. (Armstrong et al., 2014) notes that the name plays a critical role in the growth and perception of the company; it can break or make the company.
