In the United States, there are many resources available for people to obtain public health information. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( https://www.cdc.gov/) and the Health Resources and Services Administration ( https://www.hrsa.gov/index.html) are two examples of resources that can be used to research different public health topics and data.
