HY 1120-18K-3A20-S1Unit III History

Can you help me understand this History question?

THIS JUST IN: You work for a national radio broadcasting company, and it is your job to create the typed broadcast for the evening news, recapping the experiences of Americans from before World War I (WWI) as well as after the war.

For your story to be valid and accepted by a wide audience, it must include the home-front experiences of many groups; to help with your story, choose at least three topics below to discuss in your broadcast.

  • What changed because of the movement from isolationism to expansionism?
  • How did the Roosevelt Corollary change America’s role in the world?
  • Assess the relevance of people’s concerns about the war’s impact on the international community.
  • Assess the war’s economic impact, including the expansion of factories due to wartime production.
  • What domestic and international figures played key roles in the war?
  • How is the United States in the post-war era positioned to become a superpower?

With any good news story, you must utilize multiple sources. Your story must be a minimum of two pages in length. A minimum of two reputable sources must be used, cited, and referenced, one of which must come from the CSU Online Library. This means you will need to find at least one additional source on your own, and it cannot be the content provided in this course (i.e., unit lessons or U.S. History resource). Inappropriate resources, or failure to use at least one resource available in the CSU Online Library, can lead to deductions.

I have attached the reading material for the unit. I will find a CSU resource for you if needed

MGMT 321 Practical Exercise: Data Flow Diagram must have Microsoft Visio

I’m working on a Management exercise and need support.

Hello,

Here are the instructions for this assignment:

Overview

The Context Diagram that you created in Module 5 presented the process of how the inventory management system interacts with External Entities. In this assignment, you will utilize data from the same two Casual Format Use Cases that you created in Module 4 to create two detailed Data Flow Diagram (DFD) fragments.

After creating the two DFD fragments, you will integrate the two DFD fragments to create a Level 0 Data Flow Diagram (DFD).

Your task here is to utilize Microsoft Visio® in a modeling process that transforms the data that was derived in the two Use Cases into the two Data Flow Diagram (DFD) fragments which will then be integrated into the Level 0 DFD.

Requirements

Create the DFD fragments and the Level 0 DFD utilizing Microsoft Visio. Before you begin to work on this activity, review the Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio page tutorials. These tutorials will help you understand how to create the DFD fragments and the Level 0 DFD. Refer to the DFD fragment and the Level 0 DFD examples in the textbook.

To create the DFD fragments and the Level 0 DFD, utilize the Data Flow Model Diagram template located in the Software category in the Visio 2016 application Home page.

Be sure to select the DATA FLOW MODEL DIAGRAM template and NOT the Data Flow Diagram template.

Your DFDs must address the following requirements:

  • Submit TWO DFD fragments on PAGE ONE in the Microsoft Visio diagram.
  • Submit the Level 0 DFD on PAGE TWO in the Microsoft Visio diagram.
  • Submit the following data in EACH of your two DFD fragments:
    • 1 Process (Processes are verb-related).
    • 2 External Entities (External Entities are noun-related).
    • 2 input data flows and 3 output data flows per Process (Data Flows are noun-related).
    • 1 Data Store per Process (Data Stores are noun-related).
    • 1 input data flow and 1 output data flow per Data Store.
  • Submit the following data in your Level 0 Data Flow Diagram (DFD):
    • 2 Processes.
    • 4 External Entities.
    • 4 input data flows and 3 output data flows per Process.
    • 1 Data Store per Process (Data Stores are noun-related).
    • 1 input data flow and 1 output data flow per Data Store.
  • Utilize Gane and Sarson symbols.
  • Submit your DFDs in VSDX file format.

discussion about The Killing Joke

I’m studying for my Film class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?

1.list a few literary elements present in The Killing Joke. Then choose one of those literary elements and describe how it is employed or how it manifests in the text. For example, you could identify a theme in the story, or you could discuss a metaphor you believe is present in the text. You can also include literary elements/devices not mentioned in the introductory lesson.

Since we have already covered protagonist/antagonist in the first discussion board, please avoid using it here.

Finally, don’t forget to include direct quotes if possible.

Reference specific incidents (using panel and page reference when possible)

Remember:

Posts should meet a minimum requirement of 250 words.

Please be sure that your posts are grammatically clean and your sentences are coherent.

2. Google search “Erikson’s Stages of Psychosocial Development.” Acquaint yourself with the theory, then answer the following:

1. Which psychosocial stage of development do you believe Joker is at? Why?

2. What psychosocial stage of development do you believe Batman is at? Why?

You may review the Culminating Lesson in this week’s folder for more on Erikson’s stages and conducting a psychological analysis of a literary work.

It should go without saying, but I’ll say it anyway: refer to the text we read in class. You can’t conduct a basic literary analysis without referring specifically to the text. Posts should meet a minimum requirement of 250 words.

Discussion 2: Coding Scholar of Change Video #2

I’m trying to learn for my Psychology class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

In Week 5, you selected one of the Scholars of Change videos to begin the coding process. For this Discussion, you will select another Scholars of Change video, different than the one you selected in Week 5, to begin coding not only your field notes but also the transcript of the video you downloaded.

To prepare for this Discussion:

  • Review the chapters in the Saldaña text.
  • Review the Introduction to Coding and From Content to Coding media programs in the Learning Resources.
  • Refer back to your observational field notes from Weeks 1–4 Scholars of Change videos.
  • From the remaining videos, choose a different Scholars of Change video and refer to your notes from your observation for this Discussion.
  • Access the transcript you downloaded for the media program of the Scholars of Change video you selected for this Discussion.
  • Begin to code the transcript and the observational field notes of the Scholar of Change video you chose. (Note: You will only need one or two codes for this Discussion, although more are acceptable.)

By Day 4

Post a brief description of the video you chose. Next, include an example of one or two codes and provide quotes from your notes or transcript to support your example. Finally, explain your reasoning for this coding.
